What we live today can be shaped by our history, experiences, wounds and beliefs and, in a spiritual reading, by older memories we carry with us. Her approach brings together alchemy, energy work, somatic work and deep meditative states. Each session adapts to what emerges in the person at that moment.
Tarot and birth chart investigation serve as tools for introspection, bringing to light the patterns, blocks or dynamics that repeat in life. The work then continues through the body: conscious breathing, Reiki, fascia work and various energy practices.

Background
Having gone through several periods of transformation herself, Andréanne spent years exploring meditative, energy, somatic and alchemical practices, including through retreats and travels abroad.
